PARADISE BUICK-GMC
Renovation of an existing 30,000 sf auto dealership under GM’s Facility Image Program, srydesigns coordinated with General Motors, Gensler, DCI, Blaire, Pattison and the Owner/Contractor team to integrate design requirements of the finished project.
srydesigns worked side-by-side with furniture, millwork, and facility image element resources to provide all furnishings, cabinetry, and finish essentials which the GMFI standards required and the Owner insisted upon.
Detailed aspects of the project include structural modifications, precise lighting specifications and mechanical renovations, ACM clad retrofit, and finish materials and furniture selection throughout the project’s site, exterior, Showroom, Administrative Offices, Training & Conferencing, and Service Bay areas.
srydesigns also provided oversight of the GM Verification process and coordinated ADA/CASp inspections and final report.
